Account Deletion — Shia Knowledge Challenge
You can request deletion of your Shia Knowledge Challenge account and associated data by sending an email to our support team.
How to request account deletion
Send your deletion request to: almobams1@gmail.com
- Send the request from the email address associated with your app account, if possible.
- Clearly request deletion of your Shia Knowledge Challenge account and associated data.
- Never send your account password as part of a deletion request.
Data that will be deleted
After a valid deletion request is verified, we will delete the following associated data from our systems:
- User account
- Quiz attempts, history, and results
- Progress data
- Learning statistics
- Notification token associated with the account, if applicable
Limited data retention
We may retain limited information only when necessary for legitimate legal or security requirements.
